Waiting for the snow to melt… I really want to go camping. As of recently, I have been compensating by sleeping in my sleeping bag. It is something at least.
I am also reading A Walk in the Woods by Bill Bryson. It is his telling of walking the Appalachian Trail, so I can learn a bit about it. Mostly, it is a very amusing rendering, but it is enjoyable nonetheless. It gives me hope that camping is just around the corner.
I am hoping to get some of my gear ready and go camping as soon as the temperature remains above forty for a night. Hopefully that will be soon. We shall see.
